Notaries are not permitted to give legal advice to their clients.
Notarizations that have not been executed, are refundable. We never encourage you to proceed with a notarization in which you do not want to proceed. Once a notarization has taken place, it will not be refundable. Please ensure your information, including contact information, spelling and all portions are filled and correct. Incorrect information may invalidate your marriage certificate.
You must have valid, state acceptable ID available, for all notarizations.
Filing fees, given to the state, probate court, etc., are not refundable.
Travel fees are not refundable. Fees associated with travel or your venue Example: parking fees will not be refunded, if they were applied.
Add on fees for special requests are subject to individual refund policies. Please request refund policy at the time of your request, since materials time and labor will be subject to your customizations.
Cancelation times on travel refunds are a minimum of 2 hours in advance at this time. Longer distances may require longer cancelation time frame.
