If needed, I can print your pre-filled, and emailed certification form at the library for no cost to you.

These appointments are typically 15-20 minutes

$73 is required for the Probate court office cost, to the State of Alabama, in St. Clair County, due at time of filing, within 30 days of notarization. This is the lowest of the Alabama Probate price range. A few counties are higher priced.

Optional filing service fee for these weekday, non holiday appointments is $25, which will include (from us) your return stamped envelope that the probate office requires. Weekday, same day filing service if completed by 3:00 p.m.
